Clement Kwan is a Senior Signature Member of the Federation of Canadian Artists (SFCA), and is a Signature Member of the Oil Painters of America, (OPA). Born and educated in China, he immigrated to Canada in 1979 and now lives in Victoria, BC.
Clement paints mainly in oils, combining impressionism with realism in his paintings. His works can be found in museums, private collections, galleries in the United States, England and Canada.
He is represented by the Peninsula Gallery in Sidney, B.C., the Stephen Lowe Art Gallery in Calgary, Alberta and the White Rock Gallery in White Rock, B.C.
